Not trying to flex or anything but I some how managed to get a closed bathroom, kitchen and tiny bedroom in a 10m² room. Somehow
My main problem with Wels' garden is that he never sticks to the style of a house, rustic houses require rustic gardens. I hate style mix and match. Especially when you can see from the barbeque area, with its rustic pizza stove, and then the modern seating area and gazebo.

Heyyy there, new subscriber here:) If you really wanted to optimize the whole space on this lot, i'd of turned it into some sort of community lot, for maybe a section devoted to gardening plots and a section to lounge by koi ponds ect, you did do a wonderful job on it though, esp the dinky little house...lol. As long as you have the DLCS, just go to your laptop and starting completing jobs. You'll unlock all the various tools when you do jobs where that tool is required.
Guess Wels is unfamiliar with Tiny Houses... or the game designers. I've seen smaller bathrooms that exist IRL (wet baths anyone?), been following the TH movement for a few years. Still, the space is a bit absurd; Modders/DLC peps should definitely look at TH spaces. They're usually (for THOWs) more long than wide.

laying sod should be just like mowing, going thru trees etc. You should have showed how hard it is to get the grass in, did you have any tips ? Also how do you get the outdoor tiles to place so well? Really like this series!
So my boyfriend caught a glimpse and had a really valid question. Can you SELL the trees? Full grown trees are expensive irl so if the game went to that length it would be pretty cool :3 Really loving this series btw! Can't wait to get a computer strong enough to handle a game like this ^_^

2:18 -- Alternatively to standing on the panels.... there's scaffolding (the scaffolding isn't cheap, though... so really standing on the panels is more money-efficient, but can be a pain in the butt to try to reach the top. XD) Yeah. I didn't know that, too. Until my Dad watched me struggle trying to get a much higher portion of a wall on the house. XD
You should have just made a thin room at the back of the room and put the shower on one side and a toilet and sink on the other. At least then you'd have had a rectangular room to work with instead of a weird L-shape room 😂

Now just thinking it. Does one really need dedicated room for shower and toilet?. I'd actually say no. When I built that house, I had shower, Toilet, sink, and washer on backwall, kitchen cubboard, and bed with desk on the other, and I just had anough room for small dresser... Multifuctionality.
You could have done a tiny house bathroom which is just a shower and toilet. You used the kitchen sink for all sink things

hey wels, i learned that you can use a ladder and scaffolding. I watched one of your older series with wifey where you said that you couldnt paint a house because the house was too tall and you couldnt reach the 2nd story. Scaffolding would help a lot with this. Hope this helps, if not you, someone else who has recently gotten house flipper.
